Malahide Credit Union Awards the Winners of the ‘CU On Main Street’ Art Competition for Schools
Junior and senior Pupils from local schools in Malahide were invited to take part in an Art competition to celebrate the upcoming move of Malahide Credit Union from its current premises to the Main Street.
The winning entries were submitted by St. Nicholas of Myra N.S., Kinsealy, Pope John Paul N.S. Sonesta, Malahide, and St. Oliver Plunkett School, Grove Road, Malahide.
Malahide Credit Union Manager Vivienne Keavey said: “The standard of entries was second to none and it was really difficult for us to pick the winners in each category. We would like to thank all the schools that participated and congratulate those who won prizes. We look forward to meeting the pupils, teachers and parents and we hope to display the winning entries in the premises on Main Street in the coming weeks.”
Prizes and certificates were presented by Chairman, Bryan O’Flaherty, and Manager, Vivienne Keavey, at the Credit Union premises on Railway Avenue on Thursday 16th June 2011.
